PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is payable to confirm a booking.
Please fax SIGNED booking form together with proof of payment.
The balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy from the guest:

50% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 21 days prior to arrival.
75% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival.
90% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
100% in the event of a NO-SHOW and/or claim the full rental amount.

Cancellation policy from the host:

Awali Lodge reserves the right to change any arrangement where necessary, e.g. changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Guest s in these cases shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.

To remember:

A clean set of linen and bath towels will be provided between stays longer than 7 days.
As a self catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping the house clean.

Breakages:

If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of these items.
Upon arrival please report any items which appear to be broken.
